Selina March

Chapter Director

Selina March is an operations specialist who has worked in the nonprofit sector for over five years. She has experience working with nonprofits across a range of causes and sizes. Her main functions include grants fundraising and management, curriculum design and implementation, and optimization of operations and finances.

As a freelance grants specialist, Selina works with various national and international nonprofits to design and implement tailored fundraising and growth strategies. She also has an interest in ethical marketing, and has presented research internationally on charity marketing methods and on the impact of social media.

Outside of work, Selina loves to travel and explore new places. At home, she can often be found with a book in hand and her cat, Bagheera, on her lap.

Peggy Liao

Communications Director

Peggy Liao is a go-to marketer who has worked with technology companies big and small. She has broad experience across various industries, including retail e-commerce, identity management, and media & advertising. But at the end of the day, her job is explaining complex technology to businesses who want to make a digital transformation.

As the Senior Director of Marketing Communications at Decisiv, Peggy is currently focused on the commercial vehicle and industrial IoT sectors. Before joining Decisiv, she led content and product marketing initiatives at Neustar, Inc and built the content team at Symphony Commerce, a 2017 winner of the Gartner Cool Tech award.

In her free time, Peggy can be found cooking, jogging, and inventing new cocktails.

Emilia Chape

Events Manager

Emilia Chape is an experienced Program Manager. She’s worked with 32BJ, a labor joint union leader, for over 11 years. She manages the Training Fund in the DC. Metro Area and offers a number of courses to over 600 students yearly. Her partnerships include Montgomery College and Prince George’s Community College.

Emilia is a NJ native, having moved to DC in 2014 to enhance the Training Fund program, she’s seen a growth of almost 80% since she first landed in the DMV.

Emilia enjoys dancing, painting, and cycling and is passionate about closing the gender gap within the tech industry.

Ronesha Prioleau

Partnerships & Fundraising Director

Ronesha Prioleau is a native South Carolinian that relocated to Maryland eight years ago for a job in Cyber Security. She has a BS in Computer Science/Mathematics and MA in Information Technology Management. As a Sr. Information System Security Officer (ISSO), Ronesha is focused on developing and maintaining all information system Assessment and Authorization (A&A) documentation in accordance with the NIST 800 Series Special Publications and FedRAMP compliant A&A documentation, Patch & Vulnerability Management, Privacy, Risk Management, Policy Exceptions and Continuous Monitoring.

Ronesha is extremely passionate about volunteering with her local sorority chapters
STEM and Robotics program, this is an educational program that focus on local students in kindergarten through fifth grades in the community. The purpose of D-STEM is to generate early interest in the STEM fields for children in primary school, expose them to extra-curricular, fun, STEM related projects, and help enhance each student’s real life STEM application.

In her spare time, Ronesha likes spending time with her family and friends, shopping, going to the movies, bowling, reading, learning new computer software, attending sporting events, concerts and just enjoying life to the fullest.
